Enrollment Information

Enrollment is as Easy as 1,2,3

Space is limited in our child care center.  To ensure a spot please enroll as soon as possible.  Information about tuition, financial aid, and enrollment requirements can be found in the box to the right.

In order to enroll your child you must submit:

• A completed enrollment packet
• An updated copy of your child's shot records
• A statement of health from your child's physician allowing him/her to participate in a child care program
