1 Corinthians 3:11 states, "For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ." I'm certainly glad that by placing my faith in Jesus Christ, I have that foundation. My path hasn't always been the most direct route but what once was winding, the Lord has made straight. Through life's twists and turns it has been my comfort to know that what the Lord has started the Lord will finish; after all, "he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ . . ."(Philippians 1:6).

In the last few years, it has been my honor to worship and serve

at Bellmead Calvary Baptist Church. It has been a time of

tremendous growth and blessing. Since being saved in January

2009 and moving to Waco in August of the same year, my wife

DeAnna and I have had the great privilege of serving the Lord in

numerous roles. We have worked in the sound booth, choir, children's church, Sunday school, and as a deacon. In July of this year, DeAnna and I surrendered to full-time ministry.

I'm excited to say that my first post is serving here as the Youth Pastor of Bellmead Calvary. I do not take my calling lightly and it is my deep desire to be found faithful of the office I hold. Please be in prayer for DeAnna and I as we embark on our journey of faith and as we grow in the grace of the Lord.
