In February 2007, a new outreach program was organized called G.R.O.W. (God Rewards Our Work). A team (each letter represents a team) meets each Monday night to participate in letter-writing, phone calls, and personal visits to help our church reach the community.

As an ice breaker, many of our ladies have volunteered to make cookies to be taken by those going out to visit in person.

Occasionally, a Monday falls on a holiday. In this case, G.R.O.W. does not meet. No make-up day is scheduled for that team. When a month has a 5th Monday, it is dubbed Miracle Grow, and all teams are invited to come and participate .

Thousands of contacts have been made, many have visited, and some folks have joined BCBC as a result of this outreach.
