It's a long-lived tradition of the ages that when death comes, so does the food. When a loved one dies, the family has plenty to contend with, and food tends to be at the bottom of the list.
Ann Shaw and Hester Evans lead this loving, wonderful ministry. When called up by a grieving family, they call upon thier crew, who each agree to make a dish for the meal that will be served after the funeral in Fellowship Hall at the church. On occassion, the meal has been transported to a designated location.
This caring act of Christian love is a blessing to all- the grieving family and Ann, Hester, and thier crew.
